We are currently looking for new trustees to help us move forward to the next exciting stage in our development. We are looking for vibrant, creative and ambitious individuals with demonstrable leadership skills who would be committed to playing a full role as a trustee.

You would be joining a small team of existing Trustees with the ultimate responsibility for directing the affairs of the charity, providing input into our strategic direction, including our vision, aims and overarching strategy whilst ensuring it is well run and delivering its charitable objectives.

We are committed to achieving and maintaining high quality practice at governance level and we recognise that good leadership is based upon strong principles, shared values and ethics that underpin the effectiveness of the organisation in achieving its goals.

As a Trustee you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of a range of good practices and procedures that are based on working within a culture of openness, transparency and honesty.

Trustees will, ideally, have access to wider networks and will act in ambassadorial role, representing and promoting the best interest of the charity at all times.

Skills & Abilities

An effective board of trustees should be able to draw on a diverse range of skills, knowledge, qualities and experience to help it fulfil its roles.

As a trustee, you would bring skills in one or more of the following areas:

  • Skills and experience of working within mental health at a senior management or clinical lead level
  • Finance and accounting
