The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes is looking for volunteers to assist our blind and visually impaired athletes in kayaking and paddleboarding on Vancouver Lake. We are looking for anyone who has experience with kayaking and paddleboarding, but this is not a requirement. If you are interested in joining us for an evening of fun, please contact our Programs Specialist, Krista.

Description
The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes [NWABA] enriches lives and provides opportunities for children, youth, adults and veterans who are visually impaired. When individuals with visual impairments experience sports and recreation they have more self-confidence and open up to the possibility that they really can pursue their dreams in both sports and life. Our athletes leave behind sedentary isolated lives and they gain skills, confidence and joy.
