Tristen is looking for a mentor just like you!
Tristen is looking for someone who loves fishing, video games and having fun!

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ocean State is looking for motivated and engaging adults across Rhode Island to be part of our Site-Based Mentoring Program. Our Site Based Mentoring pairs adults with elementary students who may be in need of additional academic support or personal encouragement in a supervised group setting at a school or community site. Mentoring is typically 1 hour per week during the school year. Program coordinators provide ice breakers, activities and run curriculum.

The aim is to make the best match possible by pairing a child sharing similar interests with the mentor's skills and experience. Volunteers have a 1-hour group training prior to being matched with a mentee.
