Visitors make our residents feel special and it lifts their spirits. We are currently looking for several individuals to be matched with our care center or assisted living residents interested in having someone to visit with. Being social help increase the older adult's self-esteem and decrease depression.
Come go on walks, play card games, chat, and maybe help do some organizing or sorting. Volunteers also help make walks possible for our residents. They allow the residents feel more connected to the community.
Be a smile maker once a week or more!
