Project: Gardening and beautification.

Run-Of-Show

• 12:30PM - 1:00PM - Volunteers expected to arrive.
• 1:00PM - 1:10PM - Kickoff.
  • Chris 180 staff to provide agency overview.
  • 1:10PM - 1:30PM Group picture. Divide volunteers.
  • 1:30PM - 3:45PM - Gardening and beautification tasks.
  • 3:45PM - 4:40PM - Clean up, wrap up and dismissal.

Event Details:

• Landscaping / Facilities Improvement will begin at 1:00PM. There will be signs and staff directing you to the volunteer area from the parking lot.
  • All equipment and tools will be at the event site prior to your arrival
  • Please wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothes
  • Please make sure that you take every precaution necessary involving allergies either by plant or insect;
  • Please refrain from smoking, drinking, or any other inappropriate behavior;
