ORGANIZATION: PARTNERS IN EDUCATION OF CLARK COUNTY

We need volunteers in all schools from pre-school through high school. At the lower grade leves it focuses on reading and math. From middle school and up it is more about being a mentor and providing adult guidance.
All of our tutoring takes place during normal school hours.
All of our volunteers are in the schools for 1 hour/week from mid September through the end of April.

To enhance the quality of instructional services provided to students through the use of school volunteers and business partners.

Description

Our volunteers spend 1 hour per week tutoring/mentoring students in K-12 to help the students become college and career ready citizens. This tutoring start in late Sept and goes until the first of May.
