Are you looking to make a difference this summer? Are you between the ages of 18-24? Camp HOPE New Jersey is currently seeking compassionate camp counselors for a unique opportunity to help children that have been exposed to trauma.

Part of the success of Camp HOPE is through the participation of fantastic volunteer counselors. Camp HOPE Counselors serve as a cheerleader for youth and aid in the goal to end the cycle of violence and change the destinies of youth exposed to trauma. One week can have an unbelievable impact on a child’s life in regards to self-esteem, emotional stability, and confidence.

Camp counselor responsibilities include supervision of their camper cabin, support and encouragement to campers, and proactively engaging in activities. Must have maturity and leadership skills. A required training will be provided prior to camp. If you know of anyone that would be a great fit to be a camp counselor with Camp HOPE - NJ please feel free to share the attached flyer.

Maturity and leadership skills a plus. Community Service Hours will be provided.
