Hit the beach with Citizens for a Healthy Bay for our 10th annual Summertime Shoreline Cleanup! This event is always a blast, and is suitable for a wide range of ages.
We will be collecting marine debris from the shoreline and surrounding beaches of 3 habitat restoration sites. Join the land crew or bring your kayak or paddle board and travel the shoreline looking for trash. Play "Trash Bingo"! There will be a picnic lunch after the event.
CHB will provide gloves, trash bags, and other gear. You just need appropriate clothing and sturdy, close toed shoes. Please RSVP at jriss@healthybay.org or rcruz@healthybay.org, or call 253-383-2429. Please specify if you are bringing a kayak/paddle board. (Help the environment-please carpool).
