Green T Productions theater company is seeking board members to help take us to the next level of our development. Green T Productions is a professional non-profit professional theater company located in the twin cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. Inspired by the world’s theatrical traditions, Green T Productions produce plays that explore culture, history, and philosophy through theater, dance, and music. Green T enjoys a solid artistic reputation of consistently producing high quality work. Twin Cities’ reviewers describe Green T’s performances as "actor-based storytelling" ... "inspirational, thought-provoking, and innovative" ... and "approachable without being pretentious."
GTP has recently conducted a strategic development review and planning process including participation in ArtsLab, a leadership and strategy development program of Arts Midwest.
We are seeking experienced non-profit board members, especially board members with experience and expertise in development and non-profit financial management.

Description
Under the artistic leadership of Dr. Kathy Welch who trained intensively in world theater forms at the University of Hawaii where she earned a Ph.D. in theater, the Green T ensemble core-group studies and trains together drawing on a variety of world theatrical traditions, integrating them into their own unique style, using creative movement in visual storytelling. We believe in artistic cross-pollination and actively seek artistic collaborators. Green Ts performances have been described as " actor-based storytelling" ... " inspirational, thought-provoking & innovative" ... " approachable without being pretentious."
