Your Kirkland Downtown Association is looking for a few people to assist at this summer community market each Wednesday. Two types of oppportunites available.

1. If you are capable of lifting 50lbs and available between 11am to 2pm, the market needs help with set up:

  • Carrying tents, chairs and containers to booth spaces adjacent to the pavillion.
  • Set up tents.
  • Distribute trash, compost and recycling bins around the park.
  • Assist vendors with checkin and load in.

2. If you are customer service oriented and available between 2pm - 7pm, the market can use your assistance:

  • Answering questions about the market.
  • Assisting with credit card processing in exchange for market tokens.

Mission Statement

KDA was founded over 20-years ago, to help Kirkland businesses, especially small businesses, grow by bringing people into our downtown area. We host a variety of community events throughout the year that bring tourists and local residents into our picturesque downtown area to shop, enjoy our restaurants, cafes, galleries and the waterfront. Our programs and activities support the vibrancy, economic health, and inclusion that will keep Kirkland a growing, lively and wonderful place to live, work, play, and do business.
