PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Assist Red Cross in delivering mission by alleviating human suffering caused by disasters
OPEN TIME DAYS
Minimum of 8 hours per week or as needed
• Orientation to the American Red Cross
• All training required of a DAT Member (required)
• Disaster Frontline Supervisor Course and Simulation (required)
• Casework & Recovery Planning Management (required)
• ERV: Ready, Set, Roll (required)
• CAS 2.0: Supervisor Actions Video (recommended)
• CAS 2.0: Reporting (EMBARC) (recommended)
• Fundamentals of Disaster Public Affairs: The Local Response (recommended)
• Emergency Operations Center/Incident Command Liaison (recommended)
• FEMA IS-100/FEMA IS-200 (recommended)
