PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To provide management, leadership, and guidance to local clergy/chaplains as they provide spiritual care in critical disaster response involving aviation, and other transportation events, mass casualties, Weapons of Mass Destruction/Terrorism, etc.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Two weeks per year
* Orientation to the American Red Cross (online)
* Disaster Services Overview⦆ (classroom or blended)
* Psychological First Aid (classroom)
* Shelter Fundamentals (online)
* Disaster Assessment Fundamentals (online)
* Client Casework (classroom)
* Theological education or training consistent with your faith tradition.
* Clinical Pastoral Education, Board Certification required.
* Four units CPE.
