PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Responsible for providing leadership to the development of a well-trained, responsive, diverse, and inclusive group of volunteers for the Real Estate Services Team and for supporting opportunities for volunteers who wish to serve in leadership positions.

Overview of RES Team functions and systems as well as appropriate ARC systems. ｠Current ARC volunteer management practices and procedures.
