Assist MOCEANS Center for Independent Living (https://www.moceanscil.org/) staff members manning a table/booth at OCEANFEST. Distribute brochures and flyers advertising the services provided by MOCEANS on behalf of persons with disabilities. You will be provided with a basic set of information about MOCEANS's mission to help answrer questions, and refer people requesting information to MOCEANS staff, which will be on site.
Volunteer shifts are between 10:00 AM - 6;00 PM, with a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours per shift. All times are available.
OCEANFEST is the premiere yearly fair/event for the JERSEY Shore and this is the perfect opportunity to help spread word of the services and assistance available to those with disabilities as provided byMOCEANS Center for Independent Living.
MOCEANS is a certified 501(c)3 charitable organization.
