Volunteers at the Community Cancer Center truly make a difference by providing assistance to our patients and their caregivers. In 2017, volunteers donated over 9,700 hours of service to the Center. Our volunteers share their talents by greeting, transporting, serving refreshments, entertaining, and anticipating needs. They service our visitors in the Resource Center and Library. Our Healing Garden Volunteers share their fundraising, aesthetic talents as well as manpower to make sure our interior and exterior spaces are nurturing and promote healing. Countless volunteer hours are spent assisting in clerical duties and replenishing supplies in order to support our medical staff so they can provide excellent service for their patients. Volunteers are an integral part of our support team.
