Blood Donor Ambassadors are needed to give quality customer service as they -
- assist blood donors with registration,
- encourage donors to read the required pre-donation materials
- to assist staff in supportive ways to assure donors are comfortable
- direct donors to the canteen to enjoy the snacks provided for post-donation.
