Volunteer Ambassador

We're seeking individual volunteers who can be trained as ambassadors for Family Promise. As an ambassador you would be trained to represent Family Promise at a higher level in the publis, attending volunteer fairs and assisting with volunteeer trainings.

What makes a great Volunteer Ambassador?

• Outgoing, friendly folks who aren't afraid to speak to people.
• Relationship building & strong communication skills
• The ability to absorb our message platform and represent Family Promise to the public

Tasks you can expect:

• Attending philanthropy fairs in the community
• Assisting with volunteer trainings
• This volunteer position will require attending events at various locations around the valley. You must have your own reliable transportation.

Requirements:

• This is an elevated volunteer role with special training and isn't a good fit for "short term" volunteers. We hope you'd like to stick around for a little (or long) while!
  
  
• Must: 1. contact the Volunteer Coordinator Rebecca for an applicaiton, 2. Pass a background check, and 3. Go through volunteer activity leader training.
