C2 is looking for volunteer board members who have a passion to help children and families with mental health needs! We need members with all types of skills.
We are especially in need of members who have experience in law as well as finance/accounting but are always seeking motivated individuals with a desire to help their community. Those interested are asked to join at least one committee prior to committing to a board position to help ensure fit. Current committee opportunities include finance, marketing, fundraising, board development, and grants.
The board currently meets once per month for 1 1/2 hours on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm. Meetings alternate locations between our main office and The Carriage House downtown. We ask that members do not miss more than 2 meetings per year. The board is currently revisiting day and time as well as possibly moving meetings to quarterly.
Board members help oversee the responsibilities of C2 through budget setting and approval, strategic planning, fundraising, and committee development.
Thank you for your consideration!
