This is our largest fundraiser event of the year! Join us, the American Heart Association, on Saturday, October 5th for the 2019 Racine-Kenosha Heart & Stroke Walk at UW-Parkside in support of building a healthier community, free of cardiovascular disease and stroke. This family-friendly event is totally FREE! Even leashed dogs are welcome!!
We get our passionate participants moving - enjoy a leisurely 1 or 3 mile Heart Walk stroll at 10am. What else do we offer? CPR Demos, Kid Zone, Pet Zone, Music, Heart Healthy Snacks, Survivor Tributes, and MORE! This Village Area opens at 9am. A FUN and FULFILLING event all-in-one!
We cannot pull off a successful event without YOU, our dedicated volunteers. ASSISTANCE is needed with: registration/donation area, trail support, sponsor assistance, parking, survivor area, food/beverage distribution, and set-up/take-down to name a few - assigned day of event.
PLEASE register directly at http://Racine-KenoshaHeartWalk.org (our official site). Scroll to approximately the middle of the page. Additional volunteer information will be emailed as we get closer to the event date.
