Responsibilities range depending on prior skills and interests but may include:
-Enhance and increase DIF’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
-Form strategic partnerships with relevant foundations and University of Chicago alum
-Improving the DIF website in terms of both design and optimization
-Assist in grant applications and other means of fundraising
-Assist in creating a digital platform
-Create curricula for different grade levels
-Volunteer with students; help teach the lessons and act as mentors

Debate it Forward leverages the power of debate as a vehicle to improve cognitive abilities and social-emotional growth in students typically overlooked and underserved by the traditional debate circuit: young students, differently-abled students, and students of low-income.
Description
Debate it Forward (DIF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization specializing in after-school debate classes, programs, and summer camps. DIF employs a pioneering curriculum that:
* Embraces academic rigor and fosters cognitive development
* Generates social and emotional growth, including empathy and greater self-esteem
* Creates debate opportunities through fun and enjoyable activities and projects
