PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Team members will assist the Team Lead improve the volunteer experience. Conversations at prescribed intervals with guided content confirm and support new volunteer engagement and reveal needed management support. These are one on one conversations by phone or in person.
OPEN TIME DAYS
5 hours/month, more depending on volunteer recruitment rate and team size.
* Individual orientation and training with Volunteer Engagement Lead, Volunteer Manager, or Volunteer Management staff.
