METROPOLITAN AREA NEIGHBORHOOD NUTRITION ALLIANCE
MANNA is nonprofit organization that provides medically appropriate meals for residents of Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey who are battling life-threatening diseases such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, renal failure, kidney disease, diabetes and many other illnesses. While we look for volunteers to assist our chefs in cooking, preparing and assembling our meals, we also are looking for volunteer drivers. Volunteer drivers are able to deliver meals to our clients and see the end result of the hard work that occurs in our kitchen.
Delivery drivers are given 4-5 stops in which the delivery locations are based upon what area is most convienent for the driver. Meal pick up time is between 8am and noon at our location 420 N. 20th Street Philadelphia, PA 19130. Deliveries take no longer than 1 1/2-2 hours.
