Are you passionate about joining a mission to teach, support, and empower women and girls globally to find their VOICE?

We are looking for an HR Generalist or Recruiter to handle recruitment and retention efforts that support our non-profit.

Duties:

  • Recruitment of volunteers, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment activities
  • Assist with conducting orientations for new volunteers
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities, such as online recruitment events
  • Plan and execute engagement and retention activities
  • Assist with continuous improvement in our HR processes, templates, etc.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in HR or Recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Description

Our service delivery model is executed through three programs:

  1. Girls Empowerment Zone (ages 7-17)
  2. College Women Initiative (1st Generation College Women, ages 17-22)
  3. Women’s Empowerment Work (ageless)

Through our programs, we help women and girls gain confidence, build life skills, and achieve personal and professional success.

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate volunteers to join our team and help us make a meaningful impact. Volunteers will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the organization based on their skills and interests, and to be part of a supportive, dynamic community.

Become part of our community; together we can elevate our Mission and continue to change lives. There has never been a more pertinent time in HERSTORY to elevate the VOICES of women and girls.
