We are looking for an HR Generalist to handle recruitment & retention efforts that support our Nonprofit.

Duties:

  • Recruitment of Volunteers including reviewing resumes and interviewing
  • Planning & executing retention activities (online & in person engagements)

Experience:

  • Must have minimum of 2 years experience as HR Generalist or working for a Staffing/ Recruitment Firm
  • Internet savvy
  • Familiar with various posting platforms
  • Ability to transfer candidates’ various skill sets
  • Must be personable and engaging
Our Programs:
  • CWI: College Women Initiative - supporting 1st generation college women who are economically disadvantaged.
  • GEZ: Girls Empowerment Zone - supporting girls in Lower School thru High School with academic enrichment and opportunities to experience The ARTS and culture
  • WEW: Women's Empowerment Work - 4 areas of service done Domestically & Internationally ~Health Promotion & Wellness, Support for Life Changes (ex: Empty Nester, Divorce, Widow, etc.), Financial Literacy and support for Women Business Owners.

2. GEZ: Girls Empowerment Zone (ages 7-17)

3. WEW: Women’s Empowerment Work (ageless)
