Modify Flag Poles for a Display

Our local VFW offers the public a beautiful display of American flags lining Johnson Drive in Shawnee each year around Independence Day. They are seeking assistance in modifying the flag poles so that the flags stay up better, even after windy storms. We're looking for volunteers willing to come to the City's Park's Maintenance Facility and drill two holes in each pole. The next step would be to zip tie the rivets of the flags to the poles. There are about 700 flags so many hands will make this light work, but we'll accept the help of anyone wishing to start chipping away at this need.
