General Responsibilities: The Advertising Distribution Manager is responsible for distribution of marketing literature (brochures, posters, etc.) throughout Mesa and East Valley cities. He /she uses knowledge of mobile home parks, multi-residential communities, community centers, service business waiting rooms, hotel/motel lobbies, chambers-of-commerce, community business/visitor fairs/expositions, etc. This Manager places advertising brochures for customer access in various places of business, provides posters for store-front advertising downtown, distributes information to artists and others to share with acquaintances.

Specific Tasks:

  1. Attend committee meetings to report on distribution of marketing literature.
  2. Prepare a listing of mobile home parks, multi-residential communities, community centers, service businesses, downtown restaurants and retail businesses, hotel/motel lobbies, fairs/expositions, etc. that willingly accept brochures and posters.
  3. Works with Director and Deputy Director to decide where materials need to be distributed.
  4. Keep records of locations, quantities and types of material distributed.
  5. Inform the committee leadership when stocks need replenishment printing.
  6. Shift in Info Booth

Downtown Mesa Festival of the Arts is a free event featuring unique artist creations, music and fun for the whole family.The 2017 - 2018 season events will be held on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month, October through April (14 total during 7 months). Event hours will remain 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
