General Responsibilities: The Advertising Distribution Manager is responsible for distribution of marketing literature (brochures, posters, etc.) throughout Mesa and East Valley cities. He /she uses knowledge of mobile home parks, multi-residential communities, community centers, service business waiting rooms, hotel/motel lobbies, chambers-of-commerce, community business/visitor fairs/expositions, etc. This Manager places advertising brochures for customer access in various places of business, provides posters for store-front advertising downtown, distributes information to artists and others to share with acquaintances.
Specific Tasks:
- Attend committee meetings to report on distribution of marketing literature.
- Prepare a listing of mobile home parks, multi-residential communities, community centers, service businesses, downtown restaurants and retail businesses, hotel/motel lobbies, fairs/expositions, etc. that willingly accept brochures and posters.
- Works with Director and Deputy Director to decide where materials need to be distributed.
- Keep records of locations, quantities and types of material distributed.
- Inform the committee leadership when stocks need replenishment printing.
- Shift in Info Booth

Description
Downtown Mesa Festival of the Arts is a free event featuring unique artist creations, music and fun for the whole family.The 2017 - 2018 season events will be held on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month, October through April (14 total during 7 months). Event hours will remain 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
