A Brush With Kindness

Habitat for Humanity of Weber and Davis Counties has an exterior home preservation program called A Brush With Kindness(ABWK). This program is for local low-income families who are in need of repairs on the exterior of their homes.

We use our dedicated volunteers to help these families in the local community so that they are able to live in safe and decent homes for years to come. Volunteers do not have to have any experience. They will be able to perform exterior work, such as painting, minor home repairs, landscaping, clean up projects, building ramps and decks, and so much more.

It is with your help we are able to create a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

Habitat for Humanity of Weber and Davis Counties helps local low-income families to build or renovate, and then buy their own safe, decent, affordable homes. Habitat is not a giveaway program. Our partner families contribute hundreds of hours of "sweat equity" to help build their own and other's homes. When construction is completed, families buy their homes at a no-profit price, with a no-interest loan, and affordable monthly payments.
