Join our Career Development team and play a vital role in helping men, women and young adults and veterans overcome difficult barriers so they can achieve the dignity of work!

Working Wardrobes is currently looking for enthusiastic volunteers to facilitate job readiness workshops, with supervision and guidance of the Manager of Training as well as the Volunteer Coordinator. Training workshops are offered on a monthly basis and typically run for 2 hours per training. Workshops are based on lesson plans and/or outlines provided by Manager of Training. Visual presentations, handouts, and activities would be prepared by Working Wardrobes in advance. Training topics would range from customer service skills, to business etiquette, to soft skills advice.

  • Preferred skills include experience in the teaching, training, or human resources fields, but not required.
  • Desired candidate would be flexible with their time, knowledgeable about professionalism, and excited to help people in transition.
  • Must be available during business hours between 9am-3pm.
  • Workshops are held during business hours, 9am - 12pm for some trainings, or 9am - 3pm for full-day events.
