TAPS needs a volunteer photographer for the Regional Seminar and Good Grief Camp in Austin, TX.

TAPS Survivor Seminars are inspirational weekends of support, care, and hope. Workshops, and activities are available to survivors to encourage them to develop coping skills, life skills, and ways to honor loved ones, all while cultivating a community of friendship and family that will last a lifetime. TAPS Good Grief Camp for children and teens provides a safe and supportive atmosphere to conduct activities and opportunities to learn coping skills, establish and identify support systems and create awareness that they are not alone in the grief of their loved one. Children and teens meet others of their own age group to share and learn, together.

Below are the times of the seminar:

Saturday July 15, 9AM - 9PM: Activities include opening session, adult and youth group activities, lunch, sharing groups, adult dinner.

Sunday July 16, 9AM - 9PM: Activities includeadult and youth group activities, lunch, sharing groups, conclusion of program and a family dinner.

The photographer would need to be on-site during specific events. The seminar address and event schedule will be communicated after an agreement has been reached between the volunteer photographer and TAPS and when vetting has been completed.

Photos that are hi-res, magazine and brochure quality would be ideal, as these photos will be used in TAPS marketing material for future events and publication. Photo credits will be given to volunteer photographer for photos used in hard publications.
