Woodworkers! Build a raised-bed garden for seniors!

It's summer, and for many people that means... GARDENING!!!! At Arvada Care and Rehabilitation, we have a lot of wheelchair-bound, elderly residents who are life-long gardeners, but who can't garden in the traditional way anymore. So, we are looking for some handy volunteers to build raised table garden beds for our residents so they can do some therapuetic gardening through the summer! This is a great project for wood-workers, or also a great team-building volunteer project. To be clear, we are expecting volunteers to build the garden beds at their own home, then deliver to the facility. We have a materials list and plans for the basic type of garden bed we're looking for, though we're also flexible if you have some better ideas! :) We would like to get the finished beds delivered to our center in Arvada by July 1st for planting.
