Assist the Foundation Office Manager with organizing and coordinating of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency which might include the following:

* Allocate resources to enable better task performance
* Monitor volunteers
* Organize, orient and train new interns and volunteers
* Ensure that filing systems are maintained
* Efficient record keeping
* Implement office policies and procedures
* Analyze and monitor internal processes
* Monitor office supplies
