We are looking for college students in the Las Vegas/Henderson areas who are passionate about the fight against cancer and would like to join us on our Event Leadership Team to make our Relay For Life of UNLV.
Although the event is located at UNLV, we want college students from all over the valley to really make this an all inclusive fun collegiate experience!
Gain some amazing experience that looks great on a resume: leadership, event planning, customer service, volunteer management, networking, marketing, etc
Make new friends and memories, have fun, save lives and give HOPE to those in your community!
Meetings are typically once or twice a month depending on everyone's availability and last 1 to 1.5 hrs. Team starts planning in August and continues through the year until the event in May

The American Cancer Society has been involved in many of the cancer research breakthroughs; we dedicate a lot of time and money to cancer research. The American Cancer Society also offers several programs to cancer patients, aiming to improve their quality of life - our Quality of Life centers are volunteer-staffed and provide cancer patients with free wigs and other items.
