The Volunteer Reatil Associate is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service, stocking inventory, maintain cleanliness of store and inventory, accept and sort donations and cash register responsibilities. He or She will also embrace the values and philosophy of Crossroads of Western Iowa. The Volunteer will report directly to the Community Engagement Team.

Description
Crossroads of Western Iowa is a non-profit organization devoted to supporting adults in our community who, for various reasons, are unable to live completely on their own. Most have some sort of intellectual or physical disability, or are dealing with serious mental illness. For over 40 years, our goal has been to teach our clients life skills and help attain independence. We provide residential options, programming and employment opportunities, so they can reach their full potential at home, at work and in their communities.
