Mentors are needed to assist foster youth as they transition from high school to college. Transitioning youth in foster care may not have permanence in their placement so have no real support system for guidance into adulthood. The Community Connections Youth Program (CCYP) is searching for mentors to fulfill roles in walking beside youth who need support, guidance and someone they can count on during a very vulnerable time in their life. Your contributions can make a seemingly insurmountable feat become obtainable in the mind of an abused and neglected child. If this is for you, please contact elizabeth@mofosteradopt.com to start the process of becoming a youth mentor.

We serve a 13 county area and will open mentorship to the following counties in Missouri:
(Only Missouri Residents are Eligible to Apply for Youth Mentorship)

Miller, Morgan, Camden, Cole, Boone, Callaway, Audrain, Maries, Phelps, Laclede, Osage, Moniteau & Pulaski
