CWL is a newly formed organization that has been opened for almost 2 years. We are a growing organization and looking for volunteers to make a positive difference in the lives of others. We have 2 volunteer positions available.
1) Fundraiser Event Coordinator - will take care of all aspects of planning, coordinating, advertising, aquiring donations, and working fundraising events online and within the community. This position will work closely with the founder and Community Outreach Coordinator, as well as assist the Comm. Outreach Coor. with projects if needed.
2) Community Outreach Coordinator - will attend community resource meetings, build relationships/partnerships with local businesses/corporations/ agencies/churches for in-kind donations, financial support and bring awareness of CWL and the diaper gap need, as well as diaper bank partnerships with agencies within the community for CWL to supply them with diapers for their clients in need. This position will work closely with the founder and Fundraiser Event Coordinator, as well as assist them with projects & fundraisers if needed.

Mission Statement
Covered with Love, Inc. is a faith based 501c3 nonprofit that stands in the gap of child poverty by providing diapers, wipes and baby hygiene products to families living in poverty, homelessness or simply in need. These items are extremely important to the health and well-being of babies and young children. We are a member of the National Diaper Bank Network and desire to form partnerships with local agencies providing them with diapers for their clients in need.
Description
Covered with Love, Inc. understands the struggle for many parents to provide an adequate supply of diapers for their baby. Child poverty thresholds are high and 1 in 3 families in America struggle to provide diapers for their baby, which can lead to long term effects on the child, as well as health issues, such as staff infections, diaper rash, etc. It is our desire to assist babies in need of diapers, wipes and baby hygiene products to ensure health, as well as, provide educational opportunities for parents. We are also a community resource center for other services available in our community.
