Load In & Load Out Assistance

General Responsibilities: Help with loading in and loading out artist for the festival

  1. Show them where to back in to unload in the am
  2. Must be able to assist with backing into space street spaces
  3. Show them where there sidewalk space is and tell them where to park to unload.
  4. Guide them during load out to make sure no back ups or accidents.
  5. Load in is from 645 am to 9:30 am
  6. Load out is from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm roughly
  7. Assist with tear down of event as needed - example moving a-frames into storage - dumping trash - etc.
You will be on your feet and it might be cold occasionally.

Will have application/ waiver to fill out.

Description

Downtown Mesa Festival of the Arts is a free event featuring unique artist creations, music and fun for the whole family.The 2017 - 2018 season events will be held on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month, October through April (14 total during 7 months). Event hours will remain 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 16
  • 3 hours each festival and we have 14 festivals during the season! Oct to April always the 1st and 3rd Saturday.
  • If under 18 will need waiver signed by parent/gaurdian
