Ride for the Cure Canvassing

We are looking for volunteers to assist with canvassing the all 5 county areas, Cook, Lake, DuPage, Kane, & McHenry.
We have flyers made that we would like to hand anywhere and everywhere within the areas! They can be hung anywhere from restaurants, gyms, bicycle stores, grocery stores, specialty stores, gas stations, libraries, community centers etc. Our goal is to get the word out to register and bike with us for our inaugural Ride for the Cure and help raise vital dollars for our 5 county area.
The flyers can be picked up:

This grassroots marketing strategy is incredibly helpful in reaching bicycle enthusiast who would like to cycle with us and save lives.

Description
The Chicagoland Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure was established in 1997 and held the first Susan G. Komen Chicago Race for the Cure. With the support of our signature fundraiser, the Komen Chicago Race for the Cure, the Komen Chicagoland Affiliate has awarded over $17.4 million towards the fight against breast cancer by funding grassroots breast health education and breast cancer screening and treatment projects, as well as national research. Seventy-five percent of the net proceeds raised by the Affiliate are dedicated to fighting breast cancer locally in the Chicagoland metropolitan area. The remaining 25 percent of net proceeds raised are contributed to the Komen Grants Program which funds research and education programs. The generosity and spirit of our corporate sponsors and community partners enables the Affiliate to organize the Susan G. Komen Chicago Race for the Cure as well as other breast cancer awareness events and fundraisers throughout the year.
