Volunteer receptionists are the face and voice of the organization! This position includes greeting visitors and clients for walk-in services (while social distancing), answer phone calls and assist with administrative tasks. Individuals should posses great customer service skills interacting with diverse people. We are recruiting for the following shifts:

  • Ongoing Thursday from 9am to 1pm
  • Ongoing Friday from 9am to 1pm
  • Ongoing Friday from 1pm to 4:30pm
  • Substitute positions are available

Our Lady of Mercy Community Outreach Services, established in 1989, is a non-profit, 501 (c) 3 organization sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Our Lady of Mercy. The Outreach currently assists over 7,000 residents yearly through educational programs, health services and responding to basic and emergency human needs.
