Client Relationship Coordinator (volunteer position)
Time Commitment: Minimum of 8-10 virtual hours per month; which may include evenings.

Client Relationship Coordinator

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within communities, organizations and companies.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
  • Maintain contacts with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
  • Working closely with Sales Team and community partners
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
  • Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.

Requirements:

  • Sharepoint, Salesforce, MS Office experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Previous operations experience and an organized approach to work.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a record of accomplishment of managing client relationships.
