Job Title: Volunteer Camp Counselor

Job Qualifications: 17 years and older. High school and college students welcome. Ability to work with middle school students in a group setting.
Job Description: Junior Achievement is seeking volunteer Camp Counselors for a 5 Day Summer Camp focused on career readiness and planning for a successful future. Camp counselors will work closely with JA Staff to support and lead various engaging activities.
The ideal candidate is friendly, respectful, energetic, responsible, reliable, and proactive. Camp Counselors will be responsible for leading youth in their group through activities, projects, and games while being receptive to direction and instruction as well as the ability to coach and provide direction and instructions to campers.
Additional Info: Junior Achievement will host 80 middle school students at our JA Finance Park summer camp during the week of July 10th thru July 14th. We are seeking volunteer camp counselors to support and lead activities and coach campers Monday through Friday from 8:45 am to 3:15 pm.
***Please note this is a non-paid position and strictly a volunteer opportunity.
