Helping Sailors and Marines in times of need or crisis is an excellent way to make a difference while adding purpose and perspective to your own life! The purpose of the Client Services Assistant (CSA) is to provide a professional, customer-focused, initial impression of the Society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as client’s ambassador focused on outstanding client services
- Greet clients courteously and ascertain eligibility to apply for assistance
- Assist client in determining required documents for interview
- Enter or update client data
- Manage phone calls and schedule appointments
- Process Quick Assist Loans (QAL)

Our offices are open Monday through Friday.
Volunteers serve in three-hour shifts - 10 am to 1pm or 1 pm to 4 pm.
