Seeking compassionate and sensitive volunteers who want to help our military families. Good communication and listening skills are essential!

A client services assistant volunteer is the first friendly face that greets our clients when they enter our office. The CSA assists the office with receptionist-type responsibilities, such as answering phones, providing information, and logging in clients who arrive for appointments.

CSAs may also process Quick Assist Loans to eligible clients.

An effective CSA worker has the following traits:
* Professional and friendly demeanor
* Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive situations
* Responsible with confidential information


In exchange, we offer the opportunity to make a positive contribution to our Sailors and Marines, gain administrative experience, and meet some friendly people!

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:00 pm.
