Needed: Marketing Volunteers for the first DC Women in Comedy networking event: Inside Jokes.
If you have a passion for gender parity and you like to laugh, volunteer to help out with a networking event for women in the industry. No comedy experience needed. All are welcome to volunteer with us - including female identifying persons, and men!
We're looking for a team or subcommittee for the D.C. Chapter to help get the word out grassroots style for our networking conference on August 20th at Drafthouse Comedy D.C.

Women In Comedy is a fun and positive organization helping to achieve gender equality for women's voices in the comedy industry. Our mission statement is centered around connecting, empowering and advocating for women.

Women In Comedy is a nonprofit 501(c)3 headquartered in the comedy mecca of the United States - Chicago, IL. Our organization runs solely on volunteer efforts and donations. We are an inclusive organization providing free and low-cost resources to womxn across the country. Our motto is "Connect, Empower, Advocate."
