Sponsor Committee Chair
The Sponsor Committee Chair will be responsible for getting local businesses and donors to sponsor the event by advertising on event banners, media material, etc.
Sponsor Committee Duties
- Develop a list of potential sponsors.
- Develop sponsorship packages for event - Must be developed no later than 6 months prior to event, preferably 9 months
- Secure an event sponsor.
- Secure table sponsors.
- Solicit for program advertising.
- Acquire business logos and correct names and wording for program ads.
- Submit ad copy for program book to print and promotions committee.
- Maintain list of sponsors and donors for post?event thank you letters.

WHY Ranch offers a free specialized Equestrian Education program called "Diamonds in the Rough" which provides Socially-Challenged youth an opportunity to experience the Wild West heritage of Las Vegas. Our one child - one horse environment is tailored for each child’s specific needs. Our "Diamonds in the Rough " Program reaches out to children 8-18 years of age in Clark County, NV, by providing an enriching environment where they can learn new life skills such as proactive problem solving and resolution to adversity in their daily lives.
At WHY Ranch, children are transformed through deliberate mentorship and learn respect, empathy and acceptance, ultimately empowering and inspiring children to become responsible and contributing citizens in their families and communities.
WHY Ranch program offers a positive alternative to negative influences that may exist in a child's life.
