Conference Information

Packed with thought-provoking workshops, professional training opportunities, discussion groups, networking, and social events, this one-of-a-kind annual gathering attracts people from all over the world for an uplifting weekend of skill sharing and community.

Gender Odyssey Family runs August 10-12 at the Washington State Convention Center in downtown Seattle. Check out the website here for more info http://www.genderodyssey.org/.

Mission Statement

Gender Diversity increases the awareness and understanding of the normal range of gender variations in children, adolescents, and adults by providing family support, building community, increasing community awareness, and improving the well-being for people of all gender identities and expressions. We do this work in the Seattle area, greater Puget Sound, and beyond.

Through our support groups, referral services, and community building conferences and events, we provide the tools needed to engage in healthy decision-making with respect to gender identity and overall well-being. Gender Diversity promotes a culture of acceptance and understanding by offering a wide array of professional and educational opportunities resulting in a broader network of support for the gender non-conforming communities.
