The Austin Kidney Walk is a non-competitive (1-mile or 5K option) walk/run in support of the National Kidney Foundation. The kidney and transplant community, donors, recipients, dialysis patients, families and friends, medical professionals, schools, civic groups and the entire community will celebrate life, raise awareness, and fund lifesaving patient programs.
All Volunteers receive an NKF Volunteer T-Shirt! Event is rain or shine.
Work with check in/registration, setup and signage, or food/beverage service. Assignments will be confirmed in October. Help us accomplish our mission and have fun!

Description
The National Kidney Foundation Serving Texas provides kidney health education, conducts early detection screenings for those at risk, vigorously advocates for kidney patients and their families through public policy and legislative action, and supports organ donation and research into new ways to prevent and treat kidney disease.
