Saturday Crew volunteers assist Hoyt Arboretum's horticulturist with trail maintenance, invasive species removal, special projects and more. Volunteers should come dressed for the weather and be prepared to get dirty in a pair of long pants and sturdy, closed toe shoes. Training, tools and gloves are provided; no previous experience is necessary. Registration is required. Please sign up at tinyurl.com/SaturdayCrew17.

Hoyt Arboretum is Portland, Oregon’s museum of living trees. Located in Washington Park, the arboretum encompasses 189 ridge-top acres accessible by 12 miles of trails. More than 6,000 specimens from around the world grow here, including more than 2,000 species. To the local community, Hoyt Arboretum represents a unique setting for recreation and learning. To the world, Hoyt Arboretum is a critical partner in global conservation and scientific research. Hoyt Arboretum relies on the support of Hoyt Arboretum Friends, a membership-based nonprofit organization working in partnership with Portland Parks & Recreation.
