The Volunteer Coordinator is a volunteer position, and leads the HR Team and it’s activities. This volunteer position is responsible for onboarding for all new volunteers and Interns, maintaining contracts, setting up weekly / biweekly calls with the President as appropriate, receiving and monitoring all volunteer time sheets and reports. The Volunteer Coordinator will also be responsible for volunteer retention by hosting fun volunteer engagement / events to make all volunteers aware of the activities of the organization, and transitioning graduating or returning to paid employment volunteers to continue to contribute voluntary hours to our organization
