ORGANIZATION: Soldiers' Angels National Headquarters

Calling all San Antonio Area Angels....are you looking for a fun, rewarding opportunity to help Veterans and deployed service members? Come join us as we pack care packages! We have several opportunities for volunteers to come to Soldiers’ Angels’ headquarters and assist us by:

  1. Filling and shipping care package orders for our deployed service members through our Angel Store.
  2. Packing and shipping other items of comfort to our deployed, such as coffee, Girl Scout cookies, candy and holiday stockings.
  3. Helping to process the many in-kind donations we receive every day, so we can send them on to our VA Representatives across the country.
  4. Helping build pallets for shipment to our VA Representatives.
  5. Helping with Inventory by counting and sorting items.

This position is for one volunteer per day Monday to Friday 9-5. This is not a group opportunity. Care package packing is a small part of it, it also includes inventory and other admin paperwork.
