Research has shown that preschool is important to a child’s success all the way through adulthood, and Project Helping is partnering with preschools that serve low-income families around the Denver community. We have the opportunity to make a difference in the experience of preschoolers around Denver.

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?

On July 8, we’ll be improving Venture for Success Preschool. We’ll paint a bathroom to improve the mood, then work on the playground by adding sandboxes to facilitate more play, and replacing edging and patching a few holes in the asphalt to increase safety. All of our hard work will contribute to a better learning and play environment for the kiddos!

No special skills are required.

Are there age requirements for volunteering?

For this event, we just ask that all volunteers under 16 be accompanied by an adult!
