St. Francis Animal Rescue (SFAAR) is a volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating homeless, neglected, unwanted and abused dogs and cats. Animals usually come to us from animal control facilities, owner surrenders, and other rescue organizations.
This is your chance to make a difference by becoming an SFAAR volunteer. We need your help to foster one of our rescued animals! A foster home provides a loving environment for a dog or cat while we work to find their forever home.
As a foster parent for SFAAR, there's no cost. We're here to provide support, food, leashes, kennels, kitty litter, grooming supplies and veterinary care. You provide the love and attention :-)
Please contact us to learn more about this amazing and fulfilling opportunity!

Mission Statement
St. Francis of Assisi Animal Rescue is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of abused, homeless and unclaimed dogs and cats from local impound facilities before they are euthanized. We work to relieve pet over-population by spaying and neutering all companion animals before adoption. We also work to help educate the public on animal welfare.
Description
St. Francis of Assisi Animal Rescue is a foster home based companion animal rescue group. Through foster home care we use a loving home environment to evaluate and rehabilitate animals that were not successful in a traditional shelter setting.
