PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The Disaster Preparedness Coordinator will facilitate events related to the Home Fire Preparedness Campaign and support all other Preparedness programs, including The Pillowcase Project and adult preparedness presentations, across their assigned counties. They will accomplish this through leading volunteers in installation events, delivering presentations, conducting outreach, and recruiting and developing volunteers to support preparedness programs. AmeriCorps members report from one of the following office locations: Salem, Portland, Medford, Eugene, Bend
OPEN TIME DAYS
Flexible weekly schedule with some weekend and evening hours required. ď˝ Members must fulfil their minimum hours of service over the course of an11 month term.
